The importance of video in Tae Kwon Do instruction can not be emphasized enough. Most students are unable to visualize their performance in three dimensions. By providing students an opportunity to view their performances, they can adjust their mental image to better match their performance. It is not uncommon to have a student say, "I didn't realize I wasn't.............!"
