Dek's Tae Kwon Do School offers a class specially designed for children ages three to five years of age. The Mini-Peewee students meet once a week for thirty minutes and class is designed to develop coordination, balance, strength and flexibility in young persons. Class work consists of obstacle courses and fun games to challenge youngsters and lead them to a path of life-long physical fitness. Class size is limited so instructors can adequately monitor students to keep them safe and interact fully with them. Recent studies indicate even pre-school aged children do not get enough structured physical activity each week. What better, more exciting way is there for youngsters to exercise?
