Dek's Tae Kwon Do School is conveniently located in southwest Omaha near I-680 and West Center Road in Rockbrook Plaza. Occupying nearly 3,300 sq. feet, Dek's Tae Kwon Do School has all the amenities required to obtain a solid, well-rounded Tae Kwon Do education. The training floor spans 1100+ sq. feet and is surrounded by full-length mirrors which enable the students to view techniques as they practice them. The workout floor is comprised of 1" cushioned interlocking tiles specially designed for Tae Kwon Do. In addition, Master Dek and the instructors utilize a variety of kicking bags and striking instruments to enhance the students' training. The training floor is also equipped with stretching bars and warm-up area. Individual men and women locker rooms each contain showers and lockers for students' use. A specially-designed bag holder allows students to practice jumping and flying kicks without fear of landing on the holder. The bag holder is also adjustable to allow for the practice of high jumping techniques. In addition, advanced students can utilize a board holding machine that will hold up to five boards. The training floor is also equipped with a 37" plasma television to allow students to view video of performances and critique proper and improper technique. These are just a few of the tools that Master Dek can use to help his students achieve expertise. Master Dek has designed his school with children in mind. One stretching bar has been specially designed at a height convenient for children to use. In addition, Dek's Tae Kwon Do School offers "children accessible" sinks in the locker rooms and a "children accessible" drinking fountain in the training area.
