Unfortunately this leads to unqualified instructors hanging out shingles all touting to be the best, but too often these individuals can only provide substandard training. The Universal Tae Kwon Do Organization (UTO) seeks to ensure students receive only the best education from the instructors it endorses and encourages instructors to remain on the cutting edge with the latest advances in information, technology and teaching techniques. These requirements ensure exceptional knowledge of the principles of Tae Kwon Do, demand excellent physical performance of the skills and require the ability to teach these to others.
